They were great! The owner is super friendly. I had a dress with sensitive jersey material that snags easily, and they returned it in PERFECT condition (and successfully cleaned out a huge wine stain)!

Came here for a simple zipper repair. Mike was so friendly and welcoming. I was expecting a slightly longer turnaround time because of the holidays, but Mike took care of it so quickly and the repair itself turned out perfect. Thanks Mike!

Jet’s is the best dry cleaners in New Haven! They do an excellent job with all my clothes— from formalwear to everyday pieces. As an added bonus, the people who work there are so friendly and accommodating! It’s always a joy to stop in to drop off/pick up. I recommend Jet’s to all my friends when they need a dry cleaner.

Superb service with a personal touch- Mike and his wife have taken excellent care of me on several occasions, and prices reflect a deep understanding of the financial “challenges” of college years. They even willingly expedited some dry cleaning I needed without much notice. Enjoyable conversation and talented artistry for purchase as an added bonus! Highly recommend if you are nearby and need dry cleaning service!

Mike is a zipper master! He offered a suggestion for how he could fix the broken zipper on a dress I brought in and he was able to provide a quick, workable solution. Overall, I received excellent customer service and it was such a joy to learn the history of the dry cleaning business (and his pizza box art!) while the dress was being repaired. I will be bringing my dry cleaning to Jet's from now on!

I'm talking old school quality customer service here. Although they didn't specialize in the particular alteration I needed, I was directed to not one, but two trusted tailors of note who could do the specific work I needed. By the way, almost 10 years ago Jet Cleaners repaired a jacket zipper for me that is still good as new to this very day!

Mike at Jet Cleaners really helped me out on a recent visit to New Haven. I realized my sport coat needed to be cleaned for an event the next evening and Mike made it happen in less than 24 hours! Additionally, I was treated to fantastic stories from Mike about some of his experiences over the years. It was awesome! Just ask him about the book...

Mike and the staff were so great! They had my clothes cleaned right on time, and Mike even fixed a small zipper tear right on the spot without charge that took 3 minutes. Thank you, Jet cleaners for being considerate and friendly!

Mike and Jet are the BEST in the business, always professional and ready to serve with a smile. Mike went above and beyond on a project with a tight turn around for an important event. Exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t trust my clothes with anyone else. Highly recommend!
